1. General

1.1. The "Green Solutions" website (the "Site" or the "Company") is an ecological venture aggregating information, products, services and suppliers in the fields of sustainability, green energy and the environment, and enabling the purchase of products and services and connection with suppliers.

1.2. These Terms govern the use of the Site and the conditions of purchase through it, and apply to every user browsing the Site and/or making a purchase through it.

1.3. Use of the Site and/or making a purchase constitute full agreement to all of these Terms. If you do not agree to any term — please refrain from using the Site.

2. Age Restriction

2.1. Purchases on the Site are permitted only to users aged 18 and over, holding a valid credit card and with legal capacity to enter into a transaction.

2.2. By making a purchase you declare that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Products, Services and Suppliers

3.1. The Site presents ecological products and services, workshops, and suppliers in the sustainability field. Some products and services are sold directly through the Site, and some are provided by third-party suppliers listed on the Site.

3.2. Product images are for illustration only, and there may be differences between the display and the actual product.

3.3. Prices on the Site are stated in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT as required by law, unless otherwise stated.

3.4. The Company may update the range of products, services and prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1. After adding products to the cart and proceeding to checkout, the customer will be required to fill in their details (full name, email, phone and shipping address) and to approve these Terms by checking the confirmation box.

4.2. Payment is processed via a secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateway. Order confirmation is subject to approval by the credit card / clearing company.

4.3. If the credit card company declines the charge, the order will not be processed and the customer will be notified.

5. Product Delivery Policy

5.1. Physical products purchased through the Site will be delivered to the address provided by the customer, subject to stock availability.

5.2. Estimated delivery time is up to 14 business days from order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

5.3. Shipping fees, where applicable, will be shown to the customer at checkout before completing the order.

5.4. For services, workshops or products supplied by a third-party supplier — the timing and method of delivery will be coordinated directly with the supplier.

5.5. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure, strikes, or the customer's failure to respond for delivery coordination.

6. Cancellation and Returns Policy

6.1. The customer may cancel a transaction in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations.

6.2. Cancellation of a product purchase may be made within 14 days of receiving the product, by written notice to info@greensolution.org.il or by phone at 054-8167229.

6.3. The product must be returned in its original packaging, whole and without any damage, harm or defect of any kind.

6.4. In the case of a cancellation that is not due to a defect or non-conformity, the Company may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower, as permitted by law.

6.5. A refund will be issued via the payment method used for the purchase, within the period prescribed by law.

7. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

7.1. The warranty for products sold on the Site is in accordance with the warranty terms of the manufacturer and/or supplier, where applicable.

7.2. The information, content, recommendations and opinions on the Site are for general knowledge only and do not constitute professional advice, a recommendation or a binding opinion of any kind.

7.3. The Company and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct and/or indirect damage caused as a result of using a service and/or product purchased on the Site, and/or reliance on information displayed on it.

7.4. Use of the information on the Site is at the user's sole responsibility.

8. Privacy and Data Security

8.1. When using the Site and making a purchase, details are collected including full name, email, phone and address.

8.2. The details are used solely for the purposes of operating the Site, processing the order and delivery, and responding to the customer.

8.3. The Company takes accepted precautions to keep the information confidential as far as possible, and undertakes not to use the details of customers registered on the Site other than for these purposes.

8.4. The Company will not transfer customer details to a third party, except as required to complete the transaction (e.g. the clearing company or courier company) or as required by law.

8.5. The customer may at any time contact the Company to review, correct or delete the information stored about them.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All intellectual property rights on the Site, including content, design, logo, texts and images, belong to the Company and/or its rights holders.

9.2. The content of the Site may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without the Company's prior written consent.

10. Miscellaneous and Jurisdiction

10.1. The Company may update these Terms from time to time, and the updated version will be published on this page.

10.2. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute shall be vested in the competent courts in Israel.
